Holly Madison’s Peepshow

I adore Holly Madison. I even named my puppy after her.

That being said, Peepshow was disappointing. First of all, Holly is barely even in the show. And when she is, she doesn’t do anything but walk around swishing her open gown and smiling. Except when she tried to sing, and that was so awkward that I (and everyone around me) started to laugh. Why would they ask her to sing when she can’t sing? I know it is a topless burlesque show, which can be tongue-in-cheek, but I expect something legitimately entertaining when I pay $100. And her teddy bear dance made me cringe.

The entire show is mediocre dance routines and bad costumes with Holly breaks in between. There were slightly funny moments because of the MC, but those laughs didn’t make up for it being overall lackluster.

And I really wanted to like this show. I’ve been a Holly fan ever since The Girls Next Door. I even have the box set. But after 3 years you would think she would learn something. Or maybe she just doesn’t care anymore since her last performance is December 30, 2012. After seeing the show, I honestly don’t understand how it has lasted since 2009.

If you do decide to go, use Tix4Tonight (http://www.tix4tonight.com/) for discounted tickets. Although, if you are a Holly fan get as close as possible so you feel that the show was worth your time. There is also a meet-and-greet after-show you can buy. Might be worth it if you just want to meet Holly!

Note: There is nudity and is 18 +
